To prepare the development of pilot projects the Executive Committee has installed three reference groups:
- Reference group for the development of research organizations (counselor dr. Mark King)
- Reference group for the development of training organizations (counselor dr. Henk Stipdonk)
- Reference group for the exploration of funding opportunities (counselor dr. Hans Godthelp)
The counselors will invite the chairs of the groups and propose members.
The reference groups will report to the Executive Committee and to the overall group of Friends, a broad group of international experts who support the development of KARSIP.
